Interview Youri Van Heester
Interview Youri Van Heester
During the year we interview several of our consultants with a couple of questions.
Today we would like to highlight Cubis consultant Youri Van Heester for his interview.
How do you experience teleworking?
Teleworking has an up-and downside. It is great that you don’t have to be in traffic during the whole week, this saves you a lot of time.
on the other hand, I do miss seeing my co-workers and having a chat with them. I also get tired of working between the same 4 walls constantly.
I’m a lot in meeting with people from my project team so we can catch up and discuss the work this way.
In the future it would be nice to have a more balanced work week, say 3 days at the office and 2 days at home.
What is an ideal day off for you?
Meet up with friends, go out, have some drinks, etc…
I do enjoy a quiet day at home too from time to time.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
I don’t really have a bucket list, to be honest.
If I have to choose at this moment, it would be that normal life can start up again after the pandemic.
What does an ideal project look like for you?
Working on a project with nice people is everything, in my opinion, it makes the project more enjoyable.
As well as a project that’s not exactly the same as the previous one, with some challenges from time to time.
It keeps me motivated to learn new things on different experiences.
